·Responsible for the customer development, sales process and customer interaction and customer profitability, aiming at meeting / exceeding sales targets and customer expectations.
·Negotiate sales with existing and new customers.
·Submit and implement short and mid-term sales plans and prepare sales strategies within own area of responsibility to reach nominated targets.
·Retain and intensify long-term customer relationships with established and important accounts or manage new customer pipeline acquisition.
·Responsible for delivering the targeted sales forecasts; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs, invoicing and receivables against forecasts. Maintain CRM database effectively.
