KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Work closely with Retail director and all teamto communicate and execute company strategy
•Conduct regular store visits and identifiesareas for development. Create action plans with clear objectives, deliverables,and timeliness for completion. Lead the region to achieve key performanceindicators such as sales performance, ATV, UPT, Conversion Rate, CRM. Create ateam environment where partnership is demonstrated to reflect customer servicestandards of the company
•Be responsible for legal entity set up for eachstore based on local policy
•Be responsible for retail store opening processmanagement 
•Analyze profit and loss statements and trendsto work with field management in creating and executing action plan to drivechange
•Manage the stock levels and making keydecisions about stock control
•Ensure the standards for quality, customerservice and health and safety are met
•Resolve health and safety, legal and securityissues
•Respond to customer complaints and comments
•Organize the special promotions, displays andevents
•Maintain awareness of market trends in theretail industry, understand the forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoringwhat local competitors are doing
•Build up and maintain the good relationshipwith landlords and any other stakeholders
•Recruit, support, coach and develop storemanagers to drive sales and meet key performance indicators, while managingexpenses to increase profitability
•Responsible for training and development of theretail team, attract high caliber talent. 

REQUIREMENTS
1.At least 5 years working experience in retail development.
2.Good communication skills.
3.Good negotiation skills.
4.Good command of English and Chinese.
5.High motivation for driving betterperformance, innovative.
