KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Act as the link and bridge among differentpartners & departments both internally and externally regarding to retailexpansion.
2.Help to build up and further expand with focuson speciality channels and small categories including Kids etc. as in line withthe overall strategy.
3. Introduce company brand to the landlords andalways update the new company concepts to the market.
4. Develop a strong commercial understanding ofthe Chinese shoe market and ensure that relative partners would have a clearunderstanding of local market demands.
5.Build up strategic relationship with relativelandlords and retailers so as to negotiate the best locations with good terms& rental according to the brand positioning.
6.To be well informed of the projectsdevelopment by city level and landlord level.
7. Conduct site visits and project feasibilitystudy.
8.Partner with dealers to mutually define thedoor development plan in designated channels.
9. Key competitors new doors mapping of KeyBrands.
10.Work closely with Merchandising Team andGlobal product team to ensure that relative product offering can maximize theproductivity in China market.
11.Work with construction team on the design toensure the shop concept can maximize the commercial potential of the designatedchannel and locations.
12.Assist in regular follow-up and executionsregarding to retail expansion.

REQUIREMENTS
1.At least 5 years working experience inbusiness development.
2.Well connected to landlords.
3.Good communication skills.
4.Good negotiation skills.
5.Good command of English and Chinese.
6.High motivation for driving betterperformance, innovative.
