·As a software configuration and quality manager, you will be leading an effort to establish the engineering infrastructure, define development process, automate the integration/testing flow,establish software quality checking and control guideline, and provide the management with auditory reports.

·Build and maintain an environment for software engineering development from coding, debugging to software release.

·Develop a framework to build a complex software that contains multiple modules, using Makefile utilities. Educate R&D on customization of Makefile for specific software modules.

·Establishand maintain a version control system for engineering development and define an associated policy.

·Lead the team to do daily or hourly build of the software, as well as regular software release. Automate the flow of integration, testing and delivery.

·Install and maintain a software quality check tool set; working with R&D to set up quality checking rules and ensure high quality code. Leverage code review tool and process as needed.

·BS EE/CS or equivalent with minimum of 5 years of experience.

·Familiar with Linux with good scripting skills (Shell/Perl/Python).

·Good knowledge with commonly used build tool such as make, gmake, CMake. Detailed knowledge about gcc command line options.

·Experience inversion control systems –PerForce, Git, Subversion, VCS, Clearcase, or others.

·Exposure to quality tools such as Parasoft, Coverity, Purify, Quantify, gcov, gprof, Valgrindor others.

·Experience with code review tools such as review board, Collaborator, GitHub etc.

·Experience with software development tools, such as gdb, ddd, Eclipse, CLion etc.

·Proactive with good problem-solving skills.

·Good verbal and written communication skills.

·Team player.

·MS EE/CS or equivalent.

·Experience in flow integration tools like Jenkins.

·Good understanding TCP/IP protocol stack and networking fundamentals.
