EC DI Tmall Global Flagship Store Leader





·Lead strategic business development for Flagship store:
a).Lead annual business plan with relatively accurate demand forecast.
b).Build superior FGS shopping experience.
c).Lead NU recruitment and Loyalty program.
d).Lead innovation development.
e).Lead paid media plan.

·Good influencing skill to co-work with cross function teams as well as Tmall:
a).Good influencing and communication skill.
b).Be willing to lead cross function partners to deliver win-win result.
c).Good communication skill to manage customer relationship.

·Team leadership:
a).Improve team capability and execution.

·3rd party Management:
a).TP management.


·Functional Competencies:
a).Flagship store management, including business planning, store operation, data analysis.
b).Build brand experience in Ali ecosystem.
c).Good leadership that can lead the team with rapid growth.
d).Exploration spirit and creative thinking in EC and define the opportunity.
e).Ability to implement customer activations in line with Category and Channel Strategies.
f).Good teamwork capability.

·Qualification ,Knowledge & Experience:
a).At least 7 years of successful business development/ sales and management experience in EC FGS or EC MKT. trainee experience is a plus.
b).Leading team experience is a MUST.
c).Consumer goods knowledge especially in baby food category is preferred.
d).FGS management.
e).Channel marketing experience.
f).EC business knowledge.
g).Good marketing sense and selling skill.
h).Independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
i).Strong Communication Skill, both internal and external.
j).Good Computer Skill, Especially on Microsoft Office.
