Responsibilities：
l Make and execute the annual/seasonal/monthly merchandising plan.
l Manage OTB budget by sales data analysis and company strategy in order tomeet business growth
l Inventory management and sales support. Monthly store stock analysis and take result and keep variance in stablelevel, coordinate with HQ and warehouse team to achieve maximum sales.
l Data analysis and reporting support. Incentive data preparation and analysis supporting. Sales meeting datasupporting
Requirements：
l 8 years’ merchandising experience in well-known luxury or fashion retail brands, especially in RTW or ACC
l Strong data analysis skills, good interpersonal & communication skills
l Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
