Responsibilities:
l Establish and manage retail store network; drive improvement of storeproductivity and consumer experience based on in-depth understanding of localretail environment and retail operations.
l Oversees daily operations to ensure stores are successfully implementingoperational process.
l Collaborates with Field and HQ teams to determine operationalopportunities and creates process improvements to support the streamline ofworkflow for the field.
l Ensures policies, procedures and initiatives are well executed and alsomeet the needs of the stores.
l To cooperate with other function teams, has strong sense to leverageexisting resource.
Requirements:
l At least 8 years retail operation management experience with recognizedretail brands. Solid operations expertise and experience of establishing retailpresence in China
l Fluent English speaking, good reading, listen and writing ability
l Mature in personality, good leadership and Excellentinterpersonal/communication skills (internal & external)
