Qualification & Experience:
l At least 5 years’experience in buying and merchandising, experienced with product strategy /assortment for online channel
l Adobe Photoshop orgraphic design program experience is a plus
l Goal oriented andstrong sense of responsibility
Job Responsibilities:
l Identify key growthdrivers for e-commerce in China in line with global/Asia-pacific/China productdirection.
l Be responsible for theannual business plan and budget for e-commerce, and keeping in line withbusiness partners.
l Build product assortmentand segmentation for cross Ecommerce channel.
l Responsible forcompetitive analysis, trend forecasting, price structure and consumer insightto influence global product classification and build the right product mix.
l Demonstrate the latestfield sales expertise and apply it to the development, execution andimprovement of action plans to improve customer experience and transformation.
