Key Responsibilities:
l Develop and implement the overallSales strategy for the business
l Integrate and collaborate withinternal teams to optimize asset, delivering high sales performance
l Identify and cultivate newopportunities, projects and market segments to drive incremental business
l Work closely with the store teamsto accurately forecast trends
Keep a close watch on inventory levels and the needs of customers
Monitor sales histories of various products to maximize efficiency of retailprice
Key Requirements:
l 10+ years’ experience in Fashion/Luxury/Cosmeticsindustries with at least 5 years managerial exposure
l Outstanding leadership, peoplemanagement and interpersonal skills
l Bachelor degree or above.
