外资零售公司，IT岗，税前25-35万，5年左右工作经验，地点上海

1.Essential Duties and Responsibilities ：

-Ensure the implementation of the International Playbook in key countries where Under Armour is establishing business units.

-Ensure the Playbook is tailored to any country specific needs, although these should be kept to a minimum

-Ensure all local in country team  members are appropriately trained and able to work with the defined Business Processes

-Provide Regular feedback and reviews in country to ensure compliance with the playbook

-Consistently strive to improve business processes, while constantly looking for efficiency and effectiveness

-Install project governance  and ensure appropriate work-streams are established and able to be reported on

-This job requires heavy travel commitments of at least 150 days/year

-Support the demand management process with focus on B1 and other international projects as needed Value Management

-Support the design team in areas that require an understanding of business processes

-Pro-actively support process improvement initiatives, identify process improvement opportunities

-Challenge the status quo and advise around process efficiency and effectiveness

 

2.Technical Attributes of Ideal Candidate:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering

-5 - 10 years’ work experience, IT and business process experience required

-General overall knowledge of Finance/Accounting Principles

SQL Development

-Strong communication, presentation, leadership skills

-Ability to translate relevant business concepts to efficient system driven processes

-ERP implementation and project management experience (SAP Business One a plus)
