Qualification:
1.Ph.D. or M.D. in cancer biology, immunology, pharmacology, medicine or related discipline. 
2.Person with cancer immunotherapy background will be preferentially considered.
3.Familiar with animal experiments, and drug discovery process. 
4.Good at finding problems; able to creatively resolve different challenges. 
5.Strong responsibility and organization ability, good understanding, interpersonal skill, and team work spirit. Person with management experience is a plus.
6.Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English.
7.Strong scientific publications/presentations in peer-reviewed journals or relevant scientific meetings.

Responsibilities:
1.Lead a team to execute multiple tasks independently. 
2.Responsible for external/internal cancer drug discovery research related projects, especially immune-oncology projects.
3.Finding and solving problems to improve process.
