Responsibilities:

•Provide legal analysis and advice to business partners on matters related to retail leasing and retail operational matters.

•Review, negotiate, and draft a wide range of other business contracts. 
•Handle company secretarial issues for Greater China, and support the retail stores branches’ establishment and deregistration as per business required.
•Develop various bilingual template of contracts or other legal documents for daily business operation needs.
•Develop or localize training materials, and provide the training to all Greater China teammates, e.g. contract law training as well as compliance program training.
•Advise on new laws and legal environment concerning Greater China’s business model and new business opportunities.
•Provide legal and administrative support to legal director of Greater China on various matters, and collaborate with and support global legal or risk management colleagues.


Requirements:

•Bachelor degree or above in PRC law from a reputable university; must have PRC law qualification.

•LLM from a U.S. law school in addition to a Chinese law degree is a plus.
•Experience in retail is a must, sports or apparel industry is a plus.
•5-8 years’ experience in reputable law firm and/or multinational companies’legal department.
•Familiar with PRC laws, foreign investment, contract, and knowledgeable about sports field.

•Proficiency in MS Office applications. 

•Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
