【Responsibilities】
·Build and retain a team of high-performing quality professionals audits within Quality Management under responsibility, evaluate, mentor and coach individuals on the team to develop and retain quality leaders as well as build a culture of high performance and impact.
·Build SMEs for key quality assurance areas, e.g. PV quality, eQMS, eTMF, CTMS, Vendor Management through internal Audit in Quality Management Departments.
·Provide oversight of local and global regulatory inspections and ensure a robust system is in place to execute readiness activities at all levels throughout clinical development.
【Qualification】
·Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent in scientific or life science discipline; Master's Degree preferred.
·At least 10 years of experience in clinical research and development.
·At least 5 years of experience in quality auditing.
·Excellent audit skills and leadership skills including ability to prioritize critical needs, act decisively, and handle a high volume of complex tasks within a given timeframe.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English is plus.
